Training and Placemaent cell

	The Training & PlacementCell works in coordination with the students giving them direction and resources to sharpen their skills and secure their dream job. The Department recognizes the fact that training is the foundation of placement. HITM keeps itself abreast with the latest international and national events, industry directions and the changing market place. The Cell is continuously inviting organizations to visit the campus and give a pre-placement talk. Guest lectures, panel discussions, industrial tours, conferences and workshops are organized by the institute at regular intervals to develop better liason with industry and generate awareness amongst the students.

The Training and Placement Cell, (TPC) of the College of Engineering, HITM is a body of active students, guided by Staff-in-Charge. Student members are specially selected to carry out the responsible working of the cell. The TPC dedicates itself to help students develop their personalities and establish their careers. The Career Development Centre helps students in acquiring soft skills and professional communication as well as development of holistic personality which are essential ingredients of proficient professional. TPC prepares the students to face competitive examinations and interviews through intensive training programs including group discussions, mock interviews, and the basics of behavior and body language. Experienced Professionals from the industry are invited for training programs.
